Sit in the comfort of your own home and participate at your own pace in this on-line course! Clinical psychologist and inspirational speaker Maria Sirois names the territory that we are all familiar with - those moments when our work and our very own lives become personally challenging and addresses what is now known in terms of resiliency and our capacities to strengthen ourselves. In this on-line course, Dr. Sirois explores themes brought forward from the arenas of positive psychology, mind/body approaches, and the integration of spirituality and psychology to create a map of what works for any one of us to deepen our resilience.
