The COVID-19 pandemic has made caregiving much more challenging. There is a constant effort to protect loved ones from infection and the burnout from months of caregiving while social distancing.
You should take important steps to manage the stress of caregiving during the pandemic. This program will offer advice on how to feel well and remain resilient so you can take care of others and yourself.
