Body image, particularly as one grows older can have an enormous impact on an individual’s self-esteem, ability to relate to others, and cause serious health effects. In this powerful 2 ½ hour workshop, participants will gain clear understanding of the ways in which the aging body can affect older adults in the community and in continuing care settings.
