Develop deeper listening skills and learn how to create a culture of caring for “patient centered care.” Narrative 4 harnesses the power of the story exchange to equip and encourage people to improve their lives, their communities, and the world. (Light snacks will be provided)

Effective Collaboration with Medical Interpreters
Learn how to work with medical interpreters to support effective patient centered care. Effective communication with patients and clients is critical to the safety and quality of care. Discuss the barriers to communicate effectively with multilingual families and their different cultural backgrounds. (Light snacks will be provided)
