If you are an adult who is simultaneously raising children and supporting aging parents, then you are a member of the “sandwich” generation. Being a sandwich-generation caregiver can be exhausting, expensive, and emotional. Juggling it all isn’t easy, but there are ways to make it easier.
Join us for a discussion on ways to meet the needs of your children and your parents while continuing to lead your own life. Learn how to make time for yourself, manage emotional and physical stress, and balance work and family responsibilities.
